More than a dozen times, it tells me my "license has expired" but then when I click on the renewal tab, I get nothing at all.

This is for the parallel studio XE2020. Are they sincere about selling their product ?

Certainly no way to go about it - - - - -

Well, I guess its ABSOFT time....................

Purchased Licences to not 'expire' only support and upgrades expires. Trial licences expire as I think do student licences .....

Well, I keep getting "your license has expired.' and it gives a place to click for renewal.

But when I do, nothing happens.

I suggest you file a ticket at https://supporttickets.intel.com/servicecenter?lang=en-US which deals with licensing issues. As said earlier, purchased licenses do not expire, though the support term does expire.

What exactly is the message you are seeing? Can you show a screenshot? Be sure not to include any serial numbers or other personal identifying information.
