Not able to integrate MSVS 2017 with Intel Fortran 2018

Hi

I have installed MSVS 2017 Pro version. Then i installed Intel Parallel Composer Studio XE Fortran 2018 for Windows. I am not able to create a new Fortran project from MSVS as this option is not available in MSVS dialog box. ie., Fortran compiler integration with MSVS is not working. When we open the MSVS installer dialog, we get error msg - 

Couldn't download package - bb158400-a9f6-4cb4-9e82-bee983f71605.

The log file has the below details :

Package 'bb158400-a9f6-4cb4-9e82-bee983f71605,version=1.0' failed to verify.

We use MSVS offline installer as this PC is not connected to internet.

Please help us in resolving this issue at the earliest.

What usually works for similar issues is to uninstall and then reinstall Intel Parallel Studio XE. If that doesn't help, I suggest contacting Intel support through https://supporttickets.intel.com/?lang=en-US

I am having this same exact issue too since my system is also offline. Did you ever find a solution? I followed Steps #1 and #8 of this article and nothing:
