Pointer rank remapping ICE

Compile the attached code with ifort 13.1.0.146. The compiler crashes no matter which definition of x is used.

I filed the issue as case DPD200241543; I will let you know here, when a fix will be available

This is fixed now  in the 15.0 compiler
