Is there any way to configured ifc/icc/etc. to queue when a license is unavailable instead of immediately generating an error?
Many flex product allow for waiting some number of seconds before giving an error if all of the licenses are checked out. This is all the more applicable with compilers since they usually are of very short execution duration.

It looks to me as if you also submitted this question to Premier Support - you should get an answer soon. I had looked at the license management code last week and it looked to me as if it automatically retried the license for some period - I did note that it didn't use the FLEXlm queueing mechanism.
