Should I have lisence renewed to re-download and re-installed the old version visual fortran composer XE I have used 2 years alreday?

Hi, Sir/Madam,
I have bought the lisence to download and installed the intel visual fortran xe around 2 years ago.
My computer crashed recently and need re-install this visual fortran XE.
I go to the download center but can not finished the installation, it shows lisence expired.
I am surprised that I can not get the old version visual fortran installed in my laptop.

Is there anything wrong on my laptop? Or I must renew the lisence even I just want get what I have paid and used for 2 years?
