I recently upgraded my Visual; Studio to VS2013 Pro. It does not recognize the Fortran projects form my pervious solutions. How do I ugrade this version of VS to recognize Fortran projects?

Reinstall Intel Visual Fortran - and make sure it is version Composer XE 2013 SP1 Update 1 or later. Earlier versions don't support VS2013. If you already have such a version installed, you can do a "Change/Modify" from Programs and Features and add VS2013 integration.
