At least for the (partial) s/n appearing in 3., that did expire today and is what triggered the message. That is a Student subscription that was valid for one year. You can visit https://software.intel.com/en-us/qualify-for-free-software/student and reapply for a new one-year subscription assuming you still qualify under the terms.
