Sorry. I am not familiar with the forum. I just posted a topic https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-Fortran-Compiler/interesting-bug-when-contains-subroutines-used/m-p/1520450#M168076, but can't reply it. both Google chrome and Edge are used, but no help.
