vs2005:fail to generate debug information

VS2005 team edition, SP1, chinese
Intel Fortran Compiler 10.1.011 for IA32 with VS integration (evaluation edition).
WinXP SP2

I have a pcol.f in fortran 66 format, when i use Intel Fortran Compiler 9 integrate vs 2005,it can be debuged by break point.
But when i change to Intel Fortran Compiler 10.1.011,the break points become invalidate. the information is sames to can not generate debug document for this file.

any one can help me?
