I don't know of any commercial MPI trace tools for Windows. You might take a look at free tools like Pablo.It may support Windows. It's also possible that the Windows version of MPICH contains an MPI profiling tool called Jumpshot. This tool is available in the UNIX/Linux downloads.
The Cornell Theory Center is offering a workshop on Windows High-Performance Computing. They mayprovide information on profiling and tuning MPI applications.
