500 internal Server error

I have using devcloud FPGA for several weeks. I reinstalled the system and need to download the SSH key, but the page https://devcloud.intel.com/fpga/?uuid=<uuid> is down and shows 500 internal server error. I have tried different browsers and no one works.

No, it still shows Internal Server Error once I use the link to log in.
