Command not found in FPGA_Emulation_Using_Intel_oneAPI_Base_Toolkit

Hi,

I am trying to run the notebook at notebooks/Hough_Transform_on_FPGAs_Using_oneAPI/01_FPGA_Emulation_Using_Intel_oneAPI_Base_Toolkit/FPGA_Emulation_Using_Intel_oneAPI_Base_Toolkit.ipynb

During this I am facing command not found error and No such file error as shown below.

Could you please help me to resolve this issue.

I am unable to access the tutorial and receiving the following error. 

Also, I am trying to run the training modules created by Intel which is located here -
