Device to detect hand movement incase if am caught in a distress suitation

Looking for a solution to detect the hand movements (or even speech saying "Help") so that it can sense the suitation and can send a notification that i need help by sharing the whereabouts (GPS coordinates).

If someone tries to kidnap, can we make some gesture, incase if we are not allowed to speak, can we build a system to detect those gestures and could send a notification to concerned Police.

Is that bodily sensor be recommended to capture movements and process the data and send notifications.

May please advice on the feasibility.
Thank you,
Senthilnathan

Hi,

Given the nature of your question, the community users would best fit to answer it. I will let the community chime in with their inputs.

You may also checkout a public content here that talks about how the hand gesture's recognition can be implemented based on FPGA: https://reader.elsevier.com/reader/sd/pii/S2212017312005580?token=26A4EB226E5C28EA3B5597D9C9C4D3A06FA47CCAF3729B524C9433F81031897752C64BF4835F069A6DA55CC66EF1EDEF&originRegion=eu-west-1&originCreation=20210426021846
