devcloud opeapi fpga hardwares connection problem

Today, when I tried to use devcloud oneapi fpga hardwares, it shows this issue. Could you please check and fix it?

I'm also experieincing this issue when trying to run on the OneAPI Stratix 10 boards on the devcloud.
