Hi!

I have recantly become interested in influence of variuos parasitic factors(random noise) on  CPU performance mainly calculation accuracy and data bus errors.

Do you know where I can find such a information.I'm interested in Intel processors.

Thanks in advance.

Are those papers somehow classified because I can not find anything related to Intel research.

>>Are those papers somehow classified because I can not find anything related to Intel research. Possibly Yes. A high-tech company will never release results of a confidential R&D and that is why you didn't find any papers. Here is a list of web-sites I use for more advanced not Google-based searches: Web-link1: http://www.dtic.mil Web-link2: http://stinet.dtic.mil/index.html Web-link3: http://ntrs.nasa.gov

Thanks for input.

While searching web including google scholar I found many papers but they were more relevant to CMOS technology in general, and were not focused on the CPU's.There are also few books on this topic , but I'm not interested in hardcore math theory of the noisy circuits.

I tend to agree with you.Research papers on such a obscure subject I think won't be easily shared with the general publicity.

Regarding posted links I would also add Google Scholar and its patent finding functionality. You can find many Microsoft and Intel  related patents.
