Need You Help For My Intel P C

Hello Friends,

I need youe help....
i had purchased my pc before two years, at that time my pc was ok but after a year it's creat a problem to start it.
my hardware engineer replaced entire mother board. but from that day my syster created only one problem of starting.

always it displayed widows status bar screen, but it will not go ahead from this i was done twise formatting it.

please relay now what is to be done,

Jack,

In this forum, we're discussing the instruction set that Intel processors can process, how programs needs to be written to use the instruction set, and so on.For your question, the general hardwareforumwould be a better fit.
