sde: AMX unexpectedly reported available without XFD

With -spr and -future, AMX is reported as available, but XFD isn't. Is this intentional? If so, is this an indication that XFD (as one may imply also from the spec alone) is not strictly a prereq of AMX?

Since SDE is user space only, it does not emulate and it does not require (from the application) XFD for emulating AMX.
SDE still does not support save/restore for AMX features with the XSAVE instructions.
