Attachment disappeared in IPP Crypto Guide

In the previous version of IPP Forum in the link

http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/ipp-crypto-guide/

there was an attachment containing  pdf file (345 pages).
Now the attachment disappeared.

The attachment can be still downloaded from

software.intel.com/file/31640/

but without the attachment the previous link is worthless
Is it possible to fix it
