Cutoff coefficients for ippsFIRGenBandpass_64f

Hi all.
Sorry for beginner question.
I want to filter voice only from audio signal (0..8kHZ ).
What parameters should I use for ippsFIRGenBandpass_64f to make it? 0 and 0.18 ?

Hi,
FIR should remove all the spectra from the band. Not the voice only. Could you please clarify aboutdetails?
