Does ippiDeinterlaceBlend_8u_C2 work with 4:2:2 Y'CbCr?

Hi,

I would like to use the ippiDeinterlaceBlend_8u_C2 function on a YUV422 C2 (interleaved) image format. Is it safe to assume that this function will not blend between Cb and Cr, i.e. it can be used with YUV422 C2? Otherwise, I would have to to split the channels and then use ippiDeinterlaceBlend_8u_C1, is this correct?
