Does IPP 5.x or 6.x support HDV standard 1920-x1080i withnon-square pixels?

We use the IPP 5.3.3 as of now.

RTSP negotiation gives us sprop-parameter-sets and we push them into decoder and then the videostream and it works for other H264 formats 1280x720p etc.

Running 1920x1080i gives result 1440x1080 resolution which is 4:3. According to camera manufacturer is this due to not considering non-square pixels set in video-stream. Is this correct?
