IPP licence for commercial implementations

Hi there,

I want to implement a commercial software using IPP library. I have gone through the commercial licence agreement and it seems that the Dll and Lib files in a list are distributable. I want to check whether there are some other further restrictions that apply to IPP for commercial implementations which I need to read about? Or is there any written permission that Intel could issue for my commercial use of the library?
