IPP on IXP423 or other IXP

I am looking for the answers:

1.Did somebody run IPP speech coding (or other VoIP applications) on this processor?

2. What about perfomance of this processor (if it have 266 MHz or 533 MHz) while running IPP vocoders g.729, g.723, gsm-fr?

3. Have you any information about current drain and heat generation of this processor while running VoIP application?

If you have only used the IXP423 and IPP together - write a bit, please.
