IPP vocoders in future

Does Intel have a plan to add new vocoders to the next version of the IPP? When will the next release appear?

Or where can I get such information?

Now 14 vocoders supported by IPP. I want to know if there will be more vocoders implemented in IPP? For example, iLBC, speex and others. It doen't matter which exactly. The question is will Intel advance the speech coding theme?

Yes, we will provide more speech codecs in future, but currently there is no official product plan for that

Hello,

next IPP release (IPP v5.2 beta) is expected in the end of this year. Note, we do not have firm plans to release additional codecs that time.
