IPP with iHD GPU

Hi,

It is possible to accelerate operations of IPP with iHD GPU?

Like the intel MSDK.

CentOS 7 Linux, latest IPP.

Hi Viktor, 

IPP only provides the CPU optimized code now. It does not include any GPU optimization. For use the GPU programing,  you can check Intel OpenCL here: 
https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/opencl

I am using ipp remap function. 

Can you tell me if opencl has GPU optimisation remap function?

Or ipp remap with CPU may be not so slower?

Hi Victor, To measure the IPP ippiRemap function performance, it has a tool at the folder: ipp\tools\intel64\perfsys You can use the "ps_ippi.exe" file to get the performance on a specific system. Check the read me file there for better performance. I not know the where there is any implementation on GPU part on this function. OpenCL forum may have more experts on this. Thanks, Chao
