Intel Premier Site unavailable; Unable to download Crypto libraries.

I can't get certain IPP Samples to compile without the Cryptography libraries.

I've followed the instructions to download the cryptography samples. However, I can't get past the fact that

redirects to

https://welcome.intel.com/scripts-util/500.asp?aspxerrorpath=/Login.aspx

Which says "We're sorry, there is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed."

When is this planned to be fixed?

It did work with Firefox and IE eventually started working.
