Is ipp_w7.h only a 5.3 + file? Can't find it in 5.2

The title pretty much sums it up. I received a project, which #includes ipp_w7.h but I cannot find it in my fully licensed (not trial) version of IPP. So, only thing I can think of is that this file was not available in IPP 5.2?

please check ia32toolsstaticlib folder of your IPP instatllation
