Picnic7.0.3 crash with PNG

I came across a PNG that my Windows 7 can preview, but Picnic IPP 7. upd3 crashes when touching the PNG.

Windows 7 and Leadtools 16.5 can view the file. IPP and Photoshop CS5 cannot load it.

The file is truncated at approx. 90%.
It is an 16u grayscale image.

Maybe you can fix the IPP samples so this file can be read without a crash.
