Question about upgrading motherboard GIGABYTE GA-P55M-UD4 and i7 -860 processor

I need to replace my motherboard GA-P55M-UD4, memory,  and Intel i7-860 1st gen processor. 

I want to reuse my current (2) graphics cards, USB devices, Disk Drives, etc. I use it for stock trading and general office work. No gaming. 

Q: What GIGABYTE motherboard and Intel processor should I get?
