This should be a FAQ, but I couldn't find it there...
It is said in the licensing FAQ that it is possible to redistribute the dll/so files with a special installer. Different rules seem to apply to static linking. My questions are:
1. Does the end user of my software really need to run a separate Intel installer to get the IPP files installed?
2. What are the rules that apply to static linking?
