You know that a .doc document is not a universal file type.
Please prefer a Portable Document file, namely PDF, it is free to be generated, and more readable...

Hi, thanks for your advice, it is really makes sense. I'm not sure if we will remake this particular document, but anyway, it is good suggestion.

An html link would have sufficed. Why .doc if you can't read it.
