Is there any parameter in common UMC::H264Encoder and UMC::MPEG4Encoder that define the quality? (compression level)

Some param to be set at the initialization?

Sorry but that's not what I asked.
I asked if there is a parameter common in "UMC" where you select the compression level. (quality)

What you gave me is a set of specific parameters of H.264.
