Unable to route audio via HDMI to computer monitor with speakers

Greetings.

Recently connected a SCEPTRE B30 monitor to a DELL Vostro 15 7510.

I cannot get the audio to pass to the monitors HDMI inputs.  

In the Device Manager, HD Audio Driver for Display Audio is present without errors.

In the Sound Control GUI, the only playback devices are Headphones (USB Audio), Line input, Speakers and Headphones (audio plug).  These four devices are all Realtek Audio.

I am hoping that this is a simple setting or check box.
