IPP is the low level APIs(libraries) for image, signal, data compression, and encryption, etc.   UIC is the old IPP sample code for some legacy image codec. It is not part of the current IPP release now.

It needs to login into the registration center: https://registrationcenter.intel.com/en/products, ; and get the old versions.   please also note, it needs to have a valid license to download the package, and these legacy code is not supported as well.

Chao

I'm trying to find the UIC for PNG CODEC example, but the URLs listed here says that I don't have access. I am registered with Intel; however.
