Madhav,
These sample code are legacy, and not supported. You can get it a from registration center if you have a valid license:
Go to here: https://registrationcenter.intel.com/
After you login, select "Intel® Integrated Performance Primitives for Linux", and select the version 8.0, initial release. You can find that file.
btw, for codec support, have you got chance to check Intel Media SDK product. For h.264 codec, users are suggested to that product, other than the legacy IPP sample code.
Thanks,
Chao

Can someone in Intel please provide the where abouts of IPP samples compatbile with Intel C++ Composer XE 2013 SP1 on OSX. As James C has noted version 8.X is actually not available for download.
Please note open source softphone (pjsip) requires the ability to compile speech-codecs in order to make use of G729. As per https://trac.pjsip.org/repos/wiki/Intel_IPP_Codecs#MacOSXInstructions

Hi George,
There are the legacy IPP sample code, and they are not supported in the IPP release now. If you are the old users of the sample code, it can be download from Intel registration center (select the old release, after you login in).:

Thanks,
Chao

Hi Chao,
I don't believe so. Version 8 is not accessible . Earliest release is version 9.1 Please provide clear and confirmed instruction on where to source the IPP sample code (specifically containing speech-codecs project)

This version of IPP no longer supported and no available for download. There are only 3 latest IPP versions available for download from Intel Registration Center: IPP vv.2020, 2019 and 2018.
