Where can we download the IPP Threaded Static libraries?

I saw on the release notes that the IPP Threaded Static libraries are now a separate download, but I can't find the link.

Where can we download them?

you can download it from Intel Registration Center (https://registrationcenter.intel.com) under Intel IPP product page. I attached the jpg of this page where you see how it looks like. I hope it helps you. --Gennady
