YCbCr raw Data from jpeg file.. help

I try to get YCbCr raw data from jpeg file. But my source does'nt work I intended.

I want to get YCbCr raw data from jpeg file and handle it and save it to jpeg file.

But now, it works incorrectly nevertheless I handled nothing.
