enable 64bit-EMT on intel P4 660

Dear all,
I'm now trying to build a new platform with P4 660 CPU to test for EM64T.
May i ask what C++ compiler , Fortran compiler and math lib should i used in order to enable 64bit technique.

These products all support EM64T, please go to http://www.intel.com/software/products and check each produt's latest release to get more details.

i have install Intel Math lib 7.2.1 and Fortran Complier 9.0
but when i tried to compile some program, there are many error message,
