The comments for ippiDilateBorder and ippiErodeBorder omit to list the following declared routines:

 ippiErodeBorder_16u_C1R

ippiErodeBorder_16s_C1R

ippiErodeBorder_1u_C1R

Also a pState parameter is described, that doesn't occur in the actual declarations.
