ippiRGBToYUV420_8u wrong colors

Hi, I am useing ippiRGBToYUV420_8u_C3P3R to transform 24 bit rgb to 12 bit YUV and get strange blueish colors

It looks like the yuv planes got mixed up?

changed it to ippiBGRToYCbCr420_8u_C3P3R which fixed my problems.
