simple_player hiccups when playing 1920x1080 60Hz material when monitor is set at 120Hz refresh.
If I use a 1600x1000 monitor then no hiccups are observed.
I have used a RADEON HD 5850 & GeForce 9800GT with same issue.
"Windows Media Classic - Home Cinema" has same issue. It does not report any dropped frames.
Any player capable of playing the MP4 files has the same problem.
Stereoscopic Player appeared to work but the next week I couldn't make it work again.

I'm sorry, but your question makes no sense. Sounds like the issue must be with your video driver. Perhaps it can't keep up with 1920x1080 @120Hz? Not sure what you're asking...
