hi ,
I am trying to implement VAD(voice activity detector ) using IPP libraries following an example given in the ipp samples. It works on 16khz sampling frequency but i need it to work on 44.1 khz frequency. So I was trying to alter the tap values for this purpose. Is it right ? if ,yes Can anyone let me know how to derive the tap values for this particular 4th order IIR Bi-Quad lowpass filter with sampling frequency of 441.khz .
