Sir,
Does IPP provide the functions that were written in SSE/MMX instructions and multi threading. And whether they are fully optimized by the performance?

It is right that IPP function is optimzed for performance. Functions are tuned with MMX/SSE/SSE3/ SSE4 and and other optimized instruction sets. Many of the funcations are internally threaded (Check IPP threading function list ia32docThreadedFunctionsList.txt for details)
Thanks,
Chao
