Hello,

Intel IPP 6.0 removed IXP release. If you still hold a valid Intel IPP product license, and need to download Intel IPP v5.3 for the Intel IXP4XX product line of network processors.
You can go to Intel registraction center to download the old IPP release: https://registrationcenter.intel.com
