Hi srinivas k,
Thanks for your interest in the Intel Edison Platform.
I will investigate more regarding the AES, DES and 3DES in the Edison. As soon as I find an answer I will get back to you. Hope you have a nice day.

Hi IoT_srinivas,
I really appreciate your time waiting.
I've been trying to look for information about these encryption types in Edison but I couldn't find anything useful for you. However, if you want to encrypt and decrypt data, an option would be to use DES with openssl.
Anyhow, if you can find a solution for it, please share it in the community since other users might be benefit with your findings.
I apologize I couldn't provide a more useful response for you.
Regards,
-Jose
