About LSM9DS1

I try to get sensor datas of LSM9DS1 connected to the Edison(Ubilinux)

But I could not find a source code except Arduino.

 

Ubilinux can not use Arduino IDE, so I could not get sensor datas.

 

Is there someone who have used LSM9DS1?

Please tell me a source code to get sensor data.

 

The Upm(https://github.com/intel-iot-devkit/upm intel-iot-devkit/upm · GitHub) had only been uploaeded "LSM9DS0"(not LSM9DS1)

Hello ytaka,

Both, the LSM9DS0 and the LSM9DS1, include accelerometer, gyroscope and magnetometer. I'm not aware about the differences between both ICs, but they might work very similar. My recommendation for you is to check their datasheets to know how they work. If they work in a similar way, you might be able to adapt a code originally for the LSM9DS0 to be used with the LSM9DS1. The differences might be in the registers used.
