I was wondering if someone knows which Arduino libraries get affected by using Arduino Galileo. I am particularly interested in those that rely on SPI/I2C communications (not shield libraries) like for example those used for IMU and GPS.
Specifically, I want to know if this ones would work....

Thanks in advance.
I'm not sure about the specific hardware you are asking for, but there is a list of "Supported Arduino libraries" in the .pdf at http://www.intel.la/content/www/xl/es/embedded/products/galileo/galileo-sw-release-notes.html http://www.intel.la/content/www/xl/es/embedded/products/galileo/galileo-sw-release-notes.html
Along with Fernando's contribution, I would also suggest you to check the Shield report for the Edison and Galileo boards. There are examples of various devices that make use of different Arduino libraries and that are connected via SPI and I2C.
