Hi guys
I was looking for a TFT LCD display to connect to Intel Edison board and I tought about Arduino TFT LCD screen (this is the URL of the screen: https://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/GTFT Arduino - GTFT
First question: is it hardware compliant with Intel Edison?
Alread, second question: is there a library for its interface with Intel Edison?

You might want to take a look at the http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/CS-035257.htm Desktop Boards — Shield Testing Report for Intel® Galileo Board and Intel® Edison Board. There are some notes for the Arduino TFT screen. According to those notes, this display is not compatible with Edison but I invite you to check the notes by yourself. They are helpful.
Alternatively, I recommend you to check the following threads. There are discussions about TFT screens for Edison. You might find them useful:
