Hi, Rebecca12, Thank you very much for joining the Intel® Compute Stick communities.

In order to try to fix this problem, we can try a BIOS update:

Instructions:

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/intel-compute-stick/000006039.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/intel-compute-stick/000006039.html

This is the .BIO file needed, version 0050, latest:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26683/BIOS-Update-CCSKLm30-86A-?product=91980 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26683/BIOS-Update-CCSKLm30-86A-?product=91980

Also, we can try to reset the stick:

Look for "settings"

Then "Update and Security"

Choose "Recovery"

And then choose the option to "Reset this PC" and keep the files.

Please let me know the results of trying the steps above.

Any further questions, please let me know.

Regards,

Alberto

this is my 3rd M3 stick, I returned 2 back to Amazon because they both had different issues, so my 3rd stick I got from another online shop and it had this blue screen issue every now and then but other issues from my previous sticks are not present on this 3rd one so I'll bare with this blue screen rather than replacing it for the 4th time, I just hope Intel fixes these issues for future compute sticks.
