Cant update intel galileo firmware

My Galileo has firmware 732 and i need to update it. When using the Firmware Updater it progresses 1/20 of the bar and gets stuck there. The connection is over microUSB as I can't buy the serial cables. Need help.

About the issue, can you share a screenshot of the tool when it gets stuck?
